The preservation of our natural world is arguably the most important cause of our generation. As ecosystems and the integral services they deliver decline, we face mounting challenges on all fronts. In an African context, we face a growing conflict between rapidly expanding communities and wildlife for land and resources. Our megafauna are in a sharp decline. Our apex species such as elephants and predators’ decline affects the stability of our entire ecosystem.

Our work focuses on mitigating these conflicts through conservation education initiatives, research, the development and monitoring of human-wildlife conflict interventions as well as ex-situ conservation initiatives. We work alongside experts in the fields of conservation and research, providing support to their ongoing efforts to find long-term solutions in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Zambia.
